Product Description:
This is a saccharomyces bayanus strain that ferments well in fermentations with high fructose concentrations. This strain has a wide fermentation temperature range.
Recommended for:
High fructose containing raw materials. Apple and pear fermentations.
Dosage
- For fermentations smaller than 100L: 1 gram per 1L
- For fermentations larger than 100L: 40 – 60 grams per 100L
